Will the feeder continue dispensing food as scheduled if it loses connection to WiFi?
• Yes. The feeding schedule is set up on the mobile app and stored on the feeder so if the feeder loses connection to WiFi, it will still dispense food according to the schedule you set.
• Please note that you will not have access to the camera and speaker functions when the feeder loses connection to WiFi.
How do I clean the feeder?
• The hopper (where the food is stored) is removable and submersible so it can be washed and rinsed in water.
• The body (where all the electronics are stored_ can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Can the feeder operate solely on batteries?
• The feeder will dispense food as scheduled when running only on battery power but the WiFi functions will be unavailable.
• We recommend keeping the feeder plugged in as the batteries are a backup feature, making it perfect for load shedding.
Can I use any desiccant pack to replace the original?
• Any small desiccant packs can be used to replace the original.
